  2. If you cross reference the time stamp of Connectionsincoming.txt with the information in Logfile.log you should be able to find the IP address that was used by the user. In the teamviewer.com account profile portal, it looks like that is only showing currently active logins.
  3. Hi, I have a macbook Pro running macOS Mojave and the latest version of TeamViewer. When I’m connected to e specific WiFi network, teamviewer says: Not ready. “Please check your internet connection.” but any other page on Safari or other features like updates etc loads without any problem, I can even update TeamViewer without any problem.
