- Sep 17, 2015 I called Omnisphere and didn't get a response and I got tired of waiting. I have a legitimate and paid for copy and want this resolved. Some people said that installing the updates will fix the problem, but I still get the same problem even with the updates.
Aug 17, 2015 I'm a new user of Omnisphere, Trillian & RMX. I am having two problems with Omnisphere. Some patches will not load ( mostly Keyboard based patches ) I get the message Cannot load soundsource from directory ' Core Library' File Denoise.zmap may be missing or corrupted. Try refreshing soundsource browser. Feb 16, 2018 I currently only have Omnisphere version 1 so can't load Keyscape patches into it (Note to self: need to upgrade!!). I have a couple of Glyph external 10,000rpm HDD which are FW. I'll copy the library into one of those to see if that helps. I have been playing with Keyscape again this afternoon and the glitch was still happening but much less.

I bought Omnisphere and i have installed it but every time i click on a sound it says 'cannot load soundsource '(name)' in directory 'core library'. Try refreshing index in browser.' I cant work out how to 'refresh index in browser' if anybody knows?I didnt install the STEAM folder to the default location, i dont know if this has any relevance to the problem? Everything seems to have installed ok because the STEAM folder is 42gb therefore all the sounds should be there and they are visible in omnisphere they just wont load. I can play the default sound and that is all. I feel the problem might be to do with folder locations but im not sure. Maybe it is just a simple little thing that i have not done or done wrong.
Any omnisphere users that have had this problem or might have ideas how to sort this out, help will be very much appreciated as it is very frustrating having omnisphere and not being able to enjoy it!
